These Terms govern your use of the PhantomNode Technologies website and services. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

PhantomNode provides website design and development, review automation, marketing systems, and AI infrastructure for home-service businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal and agreement.

Payments

Projects are structured as a partnership. An initial payment begins the work, and the balance is due on delivery, as set out in your agreement. Ongoing services are billed via a monthly retainer. Accepted payment methods are Wise, Bank Transfer, and PayPal. Invoices include payment instructions and due terms.

Ownership

On full payment, you own the website and systems we build for you. We retain ownership of our underlying tools, templates, and know-how. Third-party platforms remain governed by their own terms.

Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and timely content, approvals, and access needed to deliver the work.
  • Keep your client portal credentials secure and confidential.
  • Ensure any materials you supply do not infringe third-party rights.

The retainer

The monthly retainer covers hosting, maintenance, monitoring, updates, optimization, and reporting — plus ad management and automation tuning on applicable tiers. Retainer terms, including notice periods, are set out in your agreement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or services, attempt unauthorized access, or use them for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

We deliver our services with professional care, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or rankings, which depend on many factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the services is limited to the amounts you paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
